Puntzone has been given authority by the NSW Government (Under the Racing Administration Act NSW 1998) to accept Racing & Sports betting wagers by telephone and over the internet. Regulation is administered under the Act by the NSW Office of Liquor & Gaming New South Wales

All internet wagers can be scrutinised (in real time) by the NSW Office of Liquor & Gaming NSW

Puntzone has an Online & Telephony Betting Authority that is regulated by the NSW Office for Liquor and Gaming. Any complaints regarding online betting or online betting accounts that cannot be resolved with the bookmaker can be forwarded to compliance.info@liquorandgaming.nsw.gov.au.
